A report from Taiwanese newspaper Commercial Times (via Bloomberg) today claimed that the iPhone 5S will include a screen extending … await it … 4.3 inches.

It’s not an earth shattering development spurt, however that change has actually reportedly caused hold-ups that might see the phone’s launch pushed back to the end of the year.

This latest claim contradicts previous reports that the iPhone 5S will preserve the iPhone 5’s 4-inch screen and launching in September or October. Hold-ups, it seems, are striking a couple of iDevices.
